ZBW series outdoor box-type substation is a compact set of distribution equipment which is composed of high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment and so on. It is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mining oilfields and temporary construction power supply places, as the connection of distribution system.Receive and distribute energy.
ZBW outdoor box substation has the characteristics of complete set, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance and movable. Compared with conventional civil substation, box substation with the same capacity usually occupies only 1/1O~1/5 of the area of conventional substation, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction workload. ¡¾Structural characteristics¡¿
1.This product is composed of high-voltage distribution device, transformer and low-voltage distribution device. It is divided into three functional compartments, i.e. high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber. High-voltage and low-voltage chamber have complete functions. High-voltage side primary power supply system can be arranged into ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and other power supply modes. Install high-voltage metering elements to meet the needs of high-voltage metering. Transformer room can choose S9, SC and other series of low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers; low-voltage room can adopt panel or cabinet-mounted structure to form the power supply scheme required by users according to user"s requirements. It has many functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy measurement and electric quantity measurement to meet users" needs. And also to meet users" different requirements. It is also convenient for users to manage and improve the quality of power supply.
2.The structure of the high-pressure chamber is compact and reasonable, and it has the function of comprehensive anti-misoperation joint pin. Transformers can be equipped with rails to facilitate access from the gates on both sides of the transformer evaluation when required by users. Each room has an automatic lighting device. In addition, all the components used in high and low pressure rooms are reliable in performance, convenient in operation, safe and reliable in operation and convenient in maintenance.
